I fished for walleyes with some great people. Some caught the fish of their dream ( a personal best as big as 30-31 inches! Wow We casted for all these fish . I have all the top baits that these big fish like. It is not easy every day to catch a 30 inch plus fish. But with the right know how you have an excellent chance of getting one. 24-28 inches are common.
